House Rules

Dear Valued Guests,

To ensure the safety, comfort, and a pleasant stay for all our guests, we kindly request you to read and adhere to the following hotel guidelines:


Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: From 2:00 PM

  • Check-out: Until 12:00 PM

  • Departures after 12:00 PM will be considered late check-out and may incur additional charges.


Room Keys & Security

  • Key cards are issued upon registration at the reception.

  • Guests are requested to keep their rooms locked at all times.

  • Key cards must be returned at the time of departure.

  • Lost or unreturned key cards will be charged INR 350 + applicable taxes.


Guest Registration & Visitors

  • Rooms may only be used by guests registered at the reception with a valid identity document.

  • Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms. Meetings with outside visitors may take place in the lobby or restaurant only.


Night Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours: 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM

  • Guests are requested to maintain silence and avoid disturbing others during this period.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse further hospitality to guests who disturb others or violate house rules.


Housekeeping & Linen

  • Bed linen is changed every third day.

  • Towels are changed daily.

  • A DO NOT DISTURB sign is provided in all rooms. This sign may not be displayed for more than 24 hours. For safety and security reasons, the hotel reserves the right to enter the room thereafter.


Safe Deposit Box & Valuables

  • A safe deposit box is provided in the wardrobe of your room.

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.

  • In case of loss, please inform the reception immediately.

  • Guests are advised to check the safe deposit box before departure.


Wi-Fi

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

  • The password is provided at the reception and inside your key card folder.


Dress Code & Conduct

  • Guests are requested to wear appropriate clothing and footwear in all public areas.


Safety Regulations

  • It is strictly prohibited to bring weapons, explosives, inflammable materials, or hazardous chemicals into the hotel.

  • The use of irons, hot plates, electric heaters, or similar appliances is not permitted in guest rooms.

  • In case of a fire alarm, please follow the evacuation plan located on the back of your room door.


Food & Beverages

  • Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

  • The hotel reserves the right to remove such items if found.


Parking & Transportation

  • Parking is available in front of the hotel.

  • The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss to vehicles.

  • Airport transfers are available 24 hours a day. Official pricing is displayed at the reception.


Payments & Extensions

  • Guests are requested to deposit the full amount in advance.

  • For stay extensions, guests must inform the hotel in advance. Extension is subject to availability and advance payment.


Damages & Misconduct

  • Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

  • In case of cancellation of stay by the hotel due to misconduct or violation of house rules, the hotel reserves the right to charge the full length of stay as per the reservation.

  • Hotel inventory such as pillows, blankets, and towels must not be taken outside the hotel.
